Laughing Meditation with Siri
I was having a struggle, feeling sick and scared. So I took a cold shower, shaved, got on some comfy clothes, and set out on a nature walk, lunch, ice cream and gift shopping for friends who were looking after our dogs while we've been gone. I thought about my husband who always makes me laugh but he wasn't with me. I decided to laugh on my own anyway, for no reason at all, other than to be at the cause of my happiness!
I have a rebellious act for you!!! I invite you to honor whatever life state you're in, whatever level of vibration you're accessing right now and then entertain the idea of listening to this amusement with the possibility of you finding it for yourself with me! Play with me for a minute and actively SMILE then see if you can LAUGH along with me with this for literally no reason at all! If you feel ridiculous or fake, do it more than once! Fake the laughter until it becomes real. The body doesn't actually know the difference! Rinse and repeat!
As we know, laughter is the best medicine. It truly heals and raises your level of vibration so that what thought loops once were running you, start to be flung open to all possibility and new, fresh ideas can come in! Laughter also releases pain. Let the laughter begin. You go first! You can be at the cause of your vibration and let life mirror back to you what you decide to be.
