Today I allowed myself to take off the student hat to a beautiful mentor, Tracy Litt, and put on my Mountain Breathwork infused with Reiki facilitator hat and pushed Tracy to her edges. It takes courage to surrender our roles and allow ourselves to be supported, loved and encouraged and it takes courage to stop pedestaling our mentors. This was a revelatory experience for us because of the incredible power of the body, of Breathwork, of Reiki, the power of the voice and our ability to heal ourselves. I’ve been a professional film and TV actor for over 25 years appearing in over 30 feature films, and national commercials.
