Perceiving the Akashic with Helen Vonderheide
Helen Vonderheide is a global educator specializing in transformative perspectives such as the Akashic Records, Decoloniality, Somatic Experiencing, and Empirical Research. Since 2014, she has immersed herself in the Akashic Records, becoming an elite certified teacher under Linda Howe's lineage in 2015. Over the years, her practice has continually evolved, leading her to carve out a unique path in teaching the Akashic, empowering individuals to develop a deeply personal and expansive relationship with this infinite resource.
In our conversation, Helen illuminated the nuances of perceiving within the Akashic Records, differentiating psychic abilities from Akashic insight and offering profound ways to engage with the field. We also touched on sacred macro- and micro-dosing psilocybin mushroom therapies, exploring their role in consciousness expansion.
